Dr. Jake Nuffer, AuD
Audiologist
Dr. Nuffer is an audiologist originally from the Kansas City Metro area. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of the Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech-Language-Hearing. He then went on to earn a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from Missouri State University. Dr. Nuffer also has prior experience from time spent working closely with an Otolaryngologist in a hospital setting to help both pediatric and adult patients with hearing, balance, and tinnitus. Dr. Nuffer moved from the Midwest to Florida in 2019 and has been enjoying it ever since. His journey into the field of audiology first began right around the same time that his grandparents began wearing hearing aids. He first observed audiology at the practice where his grandparents received their care, and he had the honor of serving his grandfather in that clinic. Dr. Nuffer bore witness to and was personally involved with the blessings that came from his grandparents’ ability to hear and function better. The change was dramatic and positive, and it inspired Dr. Nuffer to serve others in helping to gently lead them to that place of better hearing and living.
